  • Choice of ‘real’ work activities in horticulture, retail, crafts, catering, office & reception
  • Personal care and support tailored to individual needs
  • City & Guilds Certificates
  • Door to door transport (subject to availability)
  • Qualified teachers, work place assessors, health professionals and social care staff
  • All staff have CRB/DBS Enhanced Disclosure checks
  • Extra curricular programmes for schools and colleges
  • Direct payments or Local Authority Commissions

Pathways to Adulthood

an enhanced social care programme dedicated to young people – ages 16 to 24yrs – who are making the transition from shool life into adulthood

  • Ages 16-24 year olds
  • Attendance 2, 3, 4 or 5 days per week (term time), 2 or 3 year programme
  • Work based and classroom sessions. High support ratios
  • Preparation for employment, independent living or voluntary work
  • Develop organisational, behavioural, work & social skills
  • Supported work experience
  • City and Guilds Certificate & Diploma
  • Qualified teachers, work place assessors, health professionals & social care staff
  • Personal care & support tailored to individual needs
  • Door to door transport (subject to availability)
  • All staff have CRB/DBS Enhanced Disclosure checks
