Catering

We plan, prepare and serve hot and cold lunches everyday in our dinning hall. Our menus include healthy eating choices.  Keeping our kitchen and dinning hall facilities clean and tidy is part of our daily routine.

Everyone taking part in this ‘real live’ work activity has the opportunity to achieve Nationally Recognised Qualifications awarded by City & Guilds / NPTC. Assessments are carried out by our own teaching staff in the natural work environment. Individuals are allowed to train and progress at their own pace. Tuition is mostly practical with numeracy and literacy embedded as routine. Help is available for those who require a lttle extra support. And, for those who have more complex needs, one to one support can be provided.

Attendance patterns can be arranged around other commitments e.g. college or social activities. Individuals may choose to attend any number of days from one day up to five days per week to suit their needs. Transport can be arranged subject to availability.

MIDSTREAM IS AN APPROVED CENTRE TO TRAIN AND ASSESS PEOPLE FOR QUALIFICATIONS RANGING FROM BASIC ENTRY LEVEL THROUGH TO NVQ LEVEL 2
